Service Description

If you don't have time to practice it normally means you need it more than anyone. Forget your goals and enjoy simplicity of this morning practice. Practicing and meditating in the morning will set the tone for your day, it’s the one time of day when we can semi-control what’s going on, free of deadlines, meetings and the day’s stresses. If you can squeeze in a second meditation or practice then anytime between your lunch break and dinner is great.
