Expect to have a chat about your injuries, goals, what you would like from your sessions. A programme will be drawn up and during each session this will be worked towards.
Some people want results straight away and wonder why they are not getting them. Yoga teaches you focus, patience and practice. If you practice and have patience with the process then the results will happen. The hard work lies with the individual. Some clients simply need one class to get them back on track where as others will require a weekly class to help achieve their goals.
A voice recording is available if required of your sequence which will be designed specifically to work with your needs and to help you achieve your goal. This will include breathing techniques, physical sequence and a meditation.
